Пищевая компания создала интерактивный билборд на Таймс-сквер, благодаря которому можно было узнать интересный факт о своем имени.

Новая рекламная активация запущена в рамках глобальной кампании бренда «Поделись Coca-Cola». В центр билборда был встроен микросайт, разработанный Coca-Cola совместно с Google и выводящий на экран различные факты о 1000 имен, которые производитель содовой разместил на своих банках и бутылках этим летом.

Например, люди с именем Бен узнали, что так звали 1618 киногероев начиная с 1986 года. А 2% девушек по имени Кэти зарабатывают на жизнь писательством, по данным Google. Поучаствовать в акции можно было через аккаунт в Twitter: создать пост с собственным именем и хэштегом #Cokemyname. Интересный факт появлялся на билборде в режиме реального времени и был доступен около двух минут. Вебкамеры, расположенные на улице, автоматически делали снимок экрана, когда на него выводилась информация о том или ином имени. Затем это фото выкладывалось в официальном аккаунте компании с упоминанием пользователя, сделавшего заявку. Фанатам Coca-Cola не приходилось ждать на Таймс-сквер, чтобы поучаствовать в кампании.

Активация длилась две недели, за это время пользователи генерировали по 200 сообщений в день, а единственным каналом распространения был билборд.
