Центральная избирательная комиссия признала избранными 40 народных депутатов.

На заседании в среду ЦИК установила официальные результаты выборов народных депутатов Украины в 40 мажоритарных округах,пишет Интерфакс

Ранее ЦИК признала избранными двух кандидатов в мажоритарных округах, и таким образом всего признаны избранными 42 из 198 народных депутатов.

Всего на внеочередных выборах 26 октября было избрано 423 народных депутата - 198 в мажоритарных округах и 225 по партийным спискам.

Согласно закону, ЦИК должен установить официальные результаты внеочередных парламентских выборов, которые состоялись 26 октября, не позднее 10 ноября. Не позднее, чем через пять дней эти результаты должны быть обнародованы в газетах "Голос Украины" и "Урядовый курьер", после чего избранные депутаты должны подать соответствующие документы для регистрации. Не позднее, чем через 7 дней после подачи таких документов ЦИК должен принять решение о регистрации народного депутата.

Зарегистрированные депутаты имеют право принять присягу на заседании Верховной Рады.

Таким образом, первое заседание Верховной Рады VIII созыва состоится ориентировочно в начале декабря.
