Причиной отказала стало то, что депутат на протяжении года отсутствовал в стране целых 245 дней

Как стало известно из источников в Центральной избирательной комиссии, ЦИК отказала в регистрации кандидатом в народные депутаты действующему парламентарию, члену фракции "Экономическое развитие", экс-регионалу Александру Онищенко,сообщает  ZN.UA

Основанием для отказа кандидату-"мажоритарщику" явилось нарушение 76 статьи Конституции и 9 статьи Закона "О выборах народных депутатов". Требованием Основного и профильного закона к претендентам на депутатский мандат является обязательное проживание на территории Украины в течение пяти последних лет.

Согласно Закону "О гражданстве Украины", под проживанием понимается пребывание на территории Украины не менее 180 дней в году. Между тем, как выяснили в ЦИК, кандидат Онищенко отсутствовал в стране 245 дней в одном из исследуемых годов, и 215 – в другом. На этом основании в регистрации ему было отказано.
