Украинский блогер Андрей Алехин на своей странице в Facebook пишет о том, что он время от времени попадает в разные судьбоносные моменты во Франции. Он был во Французской республике во время терактов, нападения на Шарли – а теперь выборы. Как пишет блогер, тут перед выборами всем присылают по почте карточки с именем кандидатов, фотографию и программу кандидата.

«Чтобы проголосовать, нужна специальная голосовальная карточка – выдают с паспортом или когда меняешь место проживания, а потом поставляют штампики. Голосование примерно как у нас, но сначала тебе дают конверт и два бюллетеня. Ты заходишь в кабинку, один бюллетень комкаешь и отправляешь в мусорное ведро, а другой запаиваешь в конверт», – пишет Андрей Алехин.

Он добавляет, что после процесса определения человек подходит к даме с урной, она проверяет твои данные - и только потом опускаешь заклеенный конверт в урну, то есть, совершенно не видно, за кого ты проголосовал. По словам блогера, с утра на избирательных участках, как и у нас, голосуют в основном люди пожилого возраста, после обеды должны идити голосовать молодежь.
