Заместитель председателя ЦИК России Леонид Ивлев назвал длину избирательного бюллетеня на выборах в Госдуму в 2016 году. Сегодня, 16 апреля, на встрече с представителями политических партий он заявил, что при условии участия в выборах всех 77 партий, протяженность бюллетеня составит 3 метра 65 сантиметров, передает «URA.Ru».

Если же в документ не вносить фамилии всех кандидатов, а только перечислить названия партий, его длина будет примерно 1,2 метра. «Представляете, сколько времени понадобится избирателю, чтобы разобраться во всем и найти электорально близкую ему партию?! А какая очередь будет создана перед кабинкой для голосования», — отметил Леонид Ивлев.

Есть и другой вариант — печать бюллетеней в виде брошюры — тоже не лучший выход: это 20 страниц, пролистать которые избирателям тоже будет не так-то просто. Кроме того, такие книжечки будут занимать много места в урнах для бюллетеней.

Леонид Ивлев также добавил, что в таких условиях совершенно бессмысленным становится использование комплексов автоматической обработки бюллетеней (КОИБы) — они не смогут пропустить через себя документы.

В связи с этим заместитель главы ЦИК попросил представителей партий поделиться своим видением, как оптимизировать избирательные бюллетени.
