Британський медіарегулятор Ofcom (Office of Communications) почав розслідування відносно російського телеканала RT. Як повідомляє газета The Times, причиною став репортаж RT, в якому йшлося про те, що британська енергетична компанія Cuadrilla вивалює отруйне сміття біля берегів Африки.

«У цій заяві немає правди, – пише видання. – Ofcom перевірить RT на порушення правил щодо достовірності та неупередженості».

The Times також нагадала, що до цього Ofcom у 15 випадках визнавав порушення правил телемовлення з боку RT.

Як раніше повідомлялось, уряд Німеччини звернувся до російського міністерства закордонних справ з вимогою припинити поширювати неправдупро Німеччину.

Крім того, раніше стало відомо про нові страшилки російської пропаганди: нібито Україна використовує підлітків-диверсантів.
