Звільнено журналістку Марію Варфоломеєву з полону бойовиків ОРЛО.

Про це повідомив президент Петро Порошенко.

"Журналіст Марія Варфоломеєва звільнена! Пишаюсь її мужністю та силою духу!" – написав він.

Як відомо, журналістка з Луганська, українська активістка Варфоломеєва була затримана бойовиками більше року тому. Спочатку за її фото з мереж зробили висновки, що вона є активним членом організації "Правий сектор", пише Українська правда

Однак потім бойовики звинуватили її в коректуванні артилерійського вогню під час обстрілу Луганська 27 січня і погрожували довготривалим ув'язненням.

Активісти повідомляли, що за час перебування в полоні вона дуже втратила вагу. Це можна побачити з її фото в день її затримання і скріншоту з відео, записаного влітку російським каналом, який проводив допит Варофоломеєвої.

 
 
 

Очікували, що Варфоломеєва буде четвертою особою, звільненою 26 лютого. Але тоді бойовики її не випустили.
