Прес-секретар Білого дому Джош Ернест заявив, що кандидат від республіканців Дональд Трамп не може претендувати на пост президента США після того, як закликав заборонити в'їзд в країну всім мусульманам.

Про це він заявив на брифінгу у вівторок, повідомляє CNN.

Ернест закликав республіканців відмовитися висувати Трампа на пост президента.

"Інші можливі претенденти від цієї партії не повинні підтримати Трампа, якщо він переможе на попередніх виборах... Зараз питання до іншої частини Республіканської партії, чи дійсно вона збирається бути втягнута в цій смітник історії з ним", - зазначив Ернест.
