Партія "Батьківщина" просить ГПУ притягнути до кримінальної відповідальності члена ЦВК, який курує Херсонську область,Олександра Чупахіна.

Про це на брифінгу в четвер заявив народний депутат представник "Батьківщини" в ЦВК Сергій Власенко,пише Українська правда

За його словами, Чупахін безпідставно ігнорує скарги "Батьківщини" на роботу 182-го окружкому.

Партія подала вже 7 відповідні заяви, які пан Чупахін повернув "через формальні неточності".

"Ми вважаємо, що такі дії пана Чупахіна підпадають під низку статей Кримінального кодексу, про що була складена і сьогодні буде передана в Генпрокуратуру відповідна скарга", - сказав Власенко.

За даними "Батьківщини", Чупахін втручався в роботу окружної комісі №182.

"За нашою інформацією, пан Чупахін втручався в роботу ОВК 182 та особисто давав незаконні вказівки її членам", - заявив Власенко.

Депутат розповів, що аналогічні скарги в ГПУ "Батьківщина" подасть стосовно керівників колоній і СІЗО в Херсоні, на дільницях у яких, на переконання партії, відбувалися фальсифікації.
