Печерський райсуд Києва обрав активістці Femen Анжеліні Діаш запобіжний захід у вигляді особистого зобов'язання, зі здачею закордонного паспорта. Про це повідомив її адвокат Ярослав Яценко.

Раніше він написав, що клопотання про обрання запобіжного заходу у вигляді особистого зобов'язання подала до суду прокуратура.

Сама ж дівчина заявила, що винною себе не вважає.

"Цією акцією протесту я хотіла показати, що країна, яка є демократичною, в якій люди помирали за демократичні свободи не повинна приймати так вільно диктатора Лукашенка. Білорусь – це країна, яка після Радянського Союзу проживає у диктатурі Лукашенка. Це країна, яка не має демократичних свобод. Це є мертва країна, тому я скандувала "Живе Білорусь", – сказала вона.

На питання, чи часто вона бувала в Білорусі, Діаш відповіла: "Я була в Білорусі, в Гомелі. Я на власні очі бачила, що там було".

Як відомо, у п'ятницю під час урочистої зустрічі президента України та президента Білорусі Діаш розстібнула свою сорочку, під якою не було одягу, і почала викрикувати "Живе Білорусь!".

Вона пройшла в будівлю Адміністрації президента, показавши фальшиве посвідчення журналіста видавничої групи "Картель".

Діаш інкримінують ч. 3 ст. 296 ККУ - хуліганство, поєднане з опором представнику влади.
