Так звані документи, які обвинувачення використовує як доказ потрійного громадянства відстороненого глави ДФС Романа Насірова, є підробкою.

Про це в ефірі Еспресо.TV  заявив адвокат Романа Насірова Олександр Лисак.

«Насіров під час судового засідання зробив заяву, що він є громадянином України. Громадянином Угорщини і Британії він не є», - заявив Лисак в ефірі.

За його словами, в інтернеті досить довгий час «гуляє» ксерокопія паспорта «громадянина Угорщини» Насірова, підпис якого не збігається з підписом відстороненого глави ДФС.

Він каже, що «документи», які обвинувачення використовує в якості доказів потрійного громадянства Насірова, «діставалися з інтернету, підкладалися і ніким не завірялися».
