Телеканал "112 Україна" звернувся до Генпрокуратури України з заявами про неправомірність дій Нацради з питань телебачення і радіомовлення. Про це повідомив керівник юридичної служби телеканалу Василь Сметана.
"Телеканал "112 Україна" передав Генеральній прокуратурі докази системних порушень Нацрадою з питань телебачення і радіомовлення законодавства та зловживань Нацради при виконанні своїх повноважень. Також ми просимо Генпрокуратуру перевірити інформацію про втручання Адміністрації президента в діяльність Нацради. Ми подали документи в суд, ми активно працюємо з євродепутатами та міжнародними громадськими організаціями з питань тиску на телеканал "112 Україна", - заявив Сметана.
Нагадаємо, 18 березня народний депутат Сергій Каплін заявив, що Адміністрація президента вимагає від Нацради винести чергове попередження телеканалу "112 Україна", ставить "112" канал під загрозу закриття.
Минулого тижня Нацрада з питань телебачення і радіомовлення скасувала одне з попереджень каналу "112 Україна" за його супутникову ліцензію, зате винесла попередження ще 5 компаніям цифрової мережі "112 Україна". Відповідне рішення Нацрада ухвалила за результатами позапланових перевірок з мотивацією "за порушення програмної концепції", у зміні якої сама ж і відмовила каналу.
