Еще 17 депутатов вышли из фракции Партии регионов.

Соответствующие заявления объявил с трибуны вице-спикер Роман Кошулинский.

Так он объявил о выходе из фракции Сергея Буряка, Терриела Васадзе, Екатерины

Ващук, Николая Джиги, Олега Зарубинського, Григория Калетника, Олега Кулинича, Ивана Куровского.

Кроме того, из фракции ПР вышли Владимир Макеенко, Ярослав Москаленко, Владимир Пилипенко, Анатолий Пригодский, Николай Сорока, Виталий Хомутинник, Владимир Зубик, Александр Герега, Станислав Березкин.

В свою очередь депутат Инна Богословская напомнила, что к моменту вступления в силу Конституции 2004 года, которая предусматривает императивный мандат, еще можно выйти из фракции и при этом не потерять мандат, сообщает УП.

"Конституцией 2004 года предусмотрен императивный мандат, который предусматривает, что если человек был избран к ВР по спискам партии и после того вышел из фракции, она может быть лишена мандата. Это положение вступит в действие. Только после того, как этот текст будет официально опубликован", - заметила Богословская.

"Это сообщение для всех сознательных депутатов", - добавила она.
