Печерский районный суд Киева 14 октября отказался обязать регионалов Ефремова, Богословскую и коммуниста Симоненко опровергнуть свои обвинения в фашизме депутатов от "Свободы".

Об этом сообщают "Украинские Новости", ссылаясь на юридический департамент партии "Свобода", пишет УП.

"Дело мы проиграли, к сожалению... Но уже решили подавать апелляцию", - сообщили в партии.

В связи с тем, что решение было принято судом не так давно, и мотивировочной части решения юристы " Свободы " пока не имеют, каких-либо подробностей судебного разбирательства и причин проигрыша дела в партии сообщить не смогли.

Ранее Печерский райсуд несколько раз откладывал заседание по этому делу из-за неявки ответчиков.

В апреле "Свобода" подала иск в суд с просьбой признать незаконными обвинения Ефремова, Симоненко и Богословской в фашизме членов партии.

Ранее председатель фракции "Свобода" в Раде Олег Тягнибок просил председателя парламента Владимира Рыбака разобраться с оскорблениями в адрес "Свободы" со стороны депутатов от Партии регионов, в частности с обвинениями в фашизме в их адрес.

Начиная с 19 марта на заседаниях Рады депутаты от ПР во время выступления представителей "Свободы" скандировали "Фашисты".
