Несмотря на то что победа оппозиционера кажется маловероятной, его кампания привнесла драматизм в угасающую политическую систему, говорится в статье.

Как считает газета, «впервые за много лет никто точно не знает, что произойдет» во время выборов мэра Москвы. Так, неизвестно, сможет ли политический новичок преодолеть апатию населения и получить значительное количество голосов, вызовет ли результат выборов еще больше протестов и останется ли Навальный на свободе до дня выборов, пишет издание.

«Политические кампании в России стали настолько безжизненными, что кампания Навального кажется еще более удивительной», — отмечается в заметке.

Ранее сообщалось, что 35 представителей интернет-бизнеса написали манифест в поддержку кандидата на должность мэра Москвы Алексея Навального. Это стало первым публичным выступлением предпринимательства в поддержку оппозиции.
