В начале сентября в левобережных жилых массивах столицы Украины появились биллборды с рекламой левого берега Киева. На биллбордах рассказывалось о преимуществах Левого берега над Правым.

На борды сразу обратили внимание и люди стали массово их размещать в социальных сетях с соответствующим тегом #левыйберегкруче.

В среду история получила продолжение из которого стало понятно, что заказчиком этой рекламы был автодилер Hyundai, компания Автоберег, автосалоны которой располагаются на левом берегу. Все тизерные макеты заменили на макеты с указанием адресов салонов автодиллера.

В соц. медиа пошло активное обсуждение сменившихся сюжетов. Никто не ожидал, что это будет реклама автодиллера. Многие люди предполагали, что это реклама социальная реклама или реклама застройщика. Поэтому такой поворот вызвал бурю комментариев.

Как прокомментировали Sostav.ua авторы идеи: «В новый автосалон планировалось привлечь покупателей с левобережных массивов. Мы решили сыграть на "патриотичности", ведь несмотря на некоторые недостатки, жителям левого берега есть чем гордиться. Еще один повод для этого – открытие нового автосалона Автоберег, единственного официального диллера Hyundai на левом берегу.» Такой подход в рекламе позволил выделиться из-за общего рекламного шума, особенно на фоне однообразности рекламы автомобильного сегмента.
