В иностранной прессе сообщается, что выполнение Минских соглашений было перенесено на следующий год, но пока без определенных сроков. Что примечательно, на причинах срыва имплементации мирного соглашения внимание не акцентируется. Новый дедлайн планируют согласовать на встрече глав МИДов уже к концу января. Финансовая помощь МВФ может оказаться под угрозой срыва, если правки в налоговое законодательство не будут приняты фондом.

Евросоюз продлил еще на полгода антироссийские санкции, сообщают западные СМИ. В принципе, ничего удивительного не произошло — все случилось ровно так, как всеми и ожидалось. Россия не сделала ничего из требований Запада, чтобы рассчитывать на какое-то снисхождение к себе. Регулярное введение дипломатических и экономических ограничений для РФ становится уже банальной обыденностью для цивилизованного общества. Вторая новость — нормандская четверка в начале следующей недели встретится в Париже для обсуждения выполнения Минских соглашений.

В иностранной прессе обсуждается решение России не продлять после 2019 года договор на транзит природного газа в Европу. Учитывая, что всех договоренностей относительно Турецкого потока так и не было достигнуто, то подобные заявления несколько преждевременны. Тем более, когда Европа активно ищет новых поставщиков. Другая новость сегодняшнего дня, что в Берлине «нормандской четверкой» была достигнута договоренность об отводе малокалиберной артиллерии и танков от линии соприкосновения. Насколько будет выполнятся это договоренность, беря во внимание, что предыдущие выполнялись только «частично», покажет время.
