Йоганнес Піч (JJ) із піснею Wasted Love став найкращим цьогорічним виконавцем Європи. Співак отримав 436 голосів.  Хоча, Австрії давали друге місце.

Друге місце посіла представниця від Ізраїлю Yuval Raphael з треком «New Day Will Rise» (357 голосів). Третє — «Espresso macchiato» від естонського співака Tommy Cash (356 голосів). Швеція, якій пророкували перемогу — навіть не в трійці.

Український гурт Ziferblat із піснею Bird of Pray посів 9 місце, набравши 218 голосів, з яких 60 від журі та 158 від глядачів. В України (9) рівна кількість балів з Албанією (8). Напередодні закриття ліній голосування букмекери прогнозували українцям 17 сходинку. 


Українське національне журі 12 балів віддали Німеччині, а 10 - Великій Британії.
