Що, якби постери стали щитами? Зіткнувшись зі зростанням насильства з боку поліції по всьому світу, американська неурядова організація придумалаоб’єкт, який є войовничим, захисним і дуже символічним. 

Кампанія під назвою «Shield the Protest», що проводиться Courageous Conversation, виготовила перший постер, здатний витримати вогонь зі світлошумових гранат.

У 2023 році понад 30 країн світу стали ареною демонстрацій, де зловживання світлошумовими гранатами спричинило тисячі поранень — деякі серйозні, деякі незворотні. І в основі цих репресій — понівечені обличчя, зруйновані долі та голоси, які змусили замовкнути. Мета цієї кампанії — підтвердити право на демонстрацію без ризику для життя.
