Відеокурс психоемоційної підтримки та розвитку когнітивних здібностей «Я в нормі», що пропонує практичні інструменти підтримки учнів для освітян, створили фахівці програми «Мріємо та діємо» IREX в Україні та освітньої фундації GoGlobal.

«Кожен день для вчителів та вчительок — нові виклики. Війна, стрес, емоційна втома… Це не лише уроки, а й постійний пошук способів підтримати дітей. Допомогти їм зберігати спокій, тримати увагу і знаходити віру в себе навіть у найскладніших умовах.

Ми розуміємо, наскільки це складно. Саме тому разом із командою GoGlobal створили курс "Я в нормі" — ресурс, який допоможе знаходити відповіді на ці запити», — повідомили у «Мріємо та діємо».

Відеоматеріали містять практичні вправи, які можна використовувати під час занять з учнями. Вони зосереджені на:

  • Методах саморегуляції, що допоможуть учням та ученицям контролювати стрес та емоційний стан.
  • Розвитку уваги та пам'яті: ефективні техніки для покращення навчальних результатів.
  • Навичках критичного мислення: навчають, як вдосконалити здатність аналізувати та вирішувати завдання.
