Загинув ексучасник гурту One Direction Ліам Пейн. Про це пише Reuters.

Співак випав з третього поверху готелю «Casa Sur» у Буенос-Айресі. Йому був 31 рік. На місце інциденту прибули екстрені служби, але до цього моменту Пейн, якого виявили у дворі готелю, вже помер. За кілька годин до смерті співак написав у своєму Snapchat: «Це чудовий день тут, в Аргентині».

Музикант був найбільш відомий як учасник британського бойз-бенду One Direction, до складу гурту також входили Гаррі Стайлз, Зейн Малік, Луї Томлінсон і Ніл Хоран.

 Після оголошення перерви у діяльності гурту, Пейн випустив свій дебютний сольний альбом у 2019 році під назвою «LP1». У березні 2024 Пейн випустив свій лонгплей «Teardrops».
