Суд у Грузії оштрафував телеканали, які відмовилися розміщувати в ефірі передвиборчий ролик правлячої партії Грузинська мрія: в роликах партія влади демонструвала зруйновані унаслідок війни будівлі в Україні і закликала “Обери мир”.

Три грузинські телеканали визнали кадри аморальними і відмовилися їх транслювати. Грузинська мрія звернулась до суду і за відмову розміщувати цей ролик суд оштрафував телеканали Формула, Мтаварі архі та TV Пірвелі на $1,8 тис. кожний.

Суд також задовольнив клопотання Нацкомісії комунікацій зобов’язати канали негайно поставити ролик в ефір. Вони відмовляються і планують оскаржувати рішення суду.
