Агенція Uncommon та виробник екологічних чистячих засобів Ecover створили «Rewear Chair» з метою зменшення впливу надмірного прання на навколишнє середовище.

«Rewear Chair» — це стілець, на який люди можуть повісити не сильно чистий одяг, але ще недостатньо брудний для прання.

Таким чином Ecover сподівається заохотити до більш екологічних практик, пов’язаних з пранням одягу. Його підхід базується на висновках про те, що надмірне прання не тільки витрачає воду та енергію, але й скорочує термін служби одягу, сприяючи зростанню проблеми текстильних відходів. 

Сам стілець — це ретельно розроблений, екологічно чистий виріб, виготовлений із поваленого вітром кедра. Його висувні кронштейни призначені для підвішування одягу, пропагуючи ідею повторного носіння одягу замість прання після одноразового використання. Цей дизайн заохочує людей переглянути свої звички прання та прийняти екологічність.

«Rewear Chair» буде представлений під час Dutch Design Week, який відбудеться 19-27 жовтня у місті Ейндховен.
