 Іранські хакери намагалися поділитися з командою Джо Байдена викраденими матеріалами з кампанії колишнього президента Дональда Трампа. Але у Байдена їх проігнорували. Про це повідомляє Record з посиланням на декілька федеральних агентств США.

Іранські зловмисники влітку зуміли вкрасти електронні листи з кампанії Трампа особам, які були пов’язані з кампанією Байдена. З червня хакери намагалися розсилати матеріали, пов’язані із кампанією колишнього президента Трампа, медіа-організаціям США.

Щонайменше три новинні видання — New York Times, Politico та Washington Post — повідомили про отримання електронних листів від людей, які стверджували, що мають непублічні документи з кампанії Трампа.

Конгресмен Джим Хаймс, головний демократ у Комітеті з розвідки Палати представників, сказав, що немає жодних доказів того, що будь-хто, пов’язаний з кампанією Байдена, відповів на ці листи.
