Арештована 92-метрова яхта Royal Romance, яка раніше належала екснардепу від «ОПЗЖ» Віктору Медведчуку, отримала свідоцтво про право плавання під державним прапором України. Відповідні зміни внесли до Міжнародної морської організації, повідомила пресслужба Національного агентства з розшуку та менеджменту активів (АРМА).

«Це історичний момент для нашої країни. Перший в історії України арештований актив, що знаходиться за кордоном, отримав державну реєстрацію в Україні. 

Зазначене сприятиме подальшій реалізації арештованої яхти та надходження коштів від реалізації до державного бюджету України. Ми горді бути частиною цього процесу та впевнені, це майно слугуватиме в інтересах України», — сказав голова Держслужби морського і внутрішнього водного транспорту та судноплавства Євгеній Ігнатенко.

Зазначимо,  92-метрова яхта Royal Romance — одна з найбільших у світі. Судно 29 метрів заввишки, має шість поверхів та обладнане двома ліфтами. Серед іншого, на яхті є чотири палуби, кінотеатр, спортзал, басейн, спа-зона та косметологічний кабінет, а також близько 50 кімнат різного призначення.
