5596 людей зібралися в одному місці на Філіппінах, аби утворити анатомічно точну фігуру у формі здорових легень Таким чином встановили рекорд Гіннеса у номінації “найбільший орган, зображений із людей”.  Про це повідомляє Книга рекордів Гіннеса у Facebook. 

Акцію організувало Міністерство охорони здоров’я Філіппін у рамках боротьби із туберкульозом. Захід відбувся у столиці країні Манілі. 

Як видно на відео, люди були одягнені у різний одяг. Ті, хто формували тканну легень, мали помаранчеве вбрання, а “зелені” учасники зображували бронхи та трахею. Попередньо на майданчик, де збиралися учасники, нанесли розмітку.

Особливо цікавий мали вигляд легені, коли люди трохи рухалися, через що здавалося, що орган дійсно живий і пульсує. 

У 2021-му кількість хворих на туберкульоз на Філіпіннах становила 741 тис. при загальній кількості населення 115,6 млн. 

В Україні на туберкульоз хворі 18,5 тис. людей.
