Російська виборча комісія виявила "мертві душі" серед підписів на підтримку Бориса Надєждіна, єдиного антивоєнного кандидата на президентських виборах, що може призвести до його дискваліфікації. 

Надєждін, що веде кампанію проти війни, має з'явитися в комісії для перегляду "помилок". Його кандидатура стала незручною для кремля через підтримку з боку прихильників Навального та антивоєнних росіян. Попри зростаючу популярність, опитування показують, що він може набрати лише до 4% голосів, у той час як Путін очікує на переконливу перемогу.
