Депутати пропонують внести зміни до Закону "Про рекламу", надавши положенням про мову детальний зміст і імперативний характер,повідомляє ТСН

"Мовою реклами відповідно до статті 10 Конституції України є державна мова - українська", - йдеться в документі. Як повідомляється, хоча закон "Про рекламу" в своїй шостій статті зазначає, що реклама в Україні поширюється українською мовою, а знаки та логотипи можуть наводитися мовою оригіналу, на практиці це не використовується через розмитість положень.

За словами автора законопроекту №3222 народного депутата від партії "Батьківщина" Івана Стойка, в друкованих засобах масової інформації та на телебаченні часто використовуються цілі рекламні блоки мовою іншої держави.
