МЗС України відреагувало на те, що російська федерація (рф) оголосила про проведення 8-10 вересня 2023 року так званих виборів до місцевих окупаційних адміністрацій на тимчасово окупованих територіях (ТОТ) Донецької, Луганської, Запорізької та Херсонської областей України, а також Автономної Республіки Крим та м. Севастополь. 

Це грубо порушує суверенітет та територіальну цілісність України, українське законодавство та норми міжнародного права, зокрема Статут ООН.

“Псевдовибори Росії на тимчасово окупованих територіях є нікчемними. Вони не матимуть жодних правових наслідків та не призведуть до зміни статусу захоплених російською армією українських територій.

Організовуючи фейкові вибори в українських областях та Криму, Кремль продовжує делегітимізацію російської правової системи”, – йдеться у заяві.
