Кандидат в народні депутати на довиборах до Верховної Ради на окрузі №87 в Івано-Франківській області від партії "За майбутнє" Олександр Шевченко має намір оскаржити в суді результати перерахунку голосів.

Про це він написав у Facebook.

Сьогодні Центральна виборча комісія опублікувала результати підрахунку голосів виборців в одномандатному виборчому окрузі № 87 в Івано-Франківській області. На першому місці виявився спортсмен, кандидат від партії “Слуга народу” Василь Вірастюк.

Кандидат від партії “За майбутнє” Олександр Шевченко, який посів друге місце, розповів, подавав позов до Надвірнянської ОВК до Окружного адміністративного суду Івано-Франківська, але там відмовили в задоволенні.

“Суд ухвалив, що рішення перерахунку голосів
щодо дільниці № 261029 (Микуличин) є законним. А отже, все що відбувалось на ваших очах, теж, на думку Феміди, відбувалось законно. Наша команда готує апеляцію на це рішення. Боротьба триває! Попереду ще зо два десятки дільниць. Правда переможе!”, – написав Шевченко.
