В ночь на 12 апреля неизвестный поджег машину главного редактора интернет-издания "Новости Донбасса"  Алексея Мацуки.

Об этом сообщил сам Мацука.

"Кроме того, что мне сожгли машину, ночью сепаратисты пытались захватить здание прокуратуры Донецкой области, однако правоохранительные органы сумели предотвратить захват. Вместе с тем, сепаратисты успели повредить часть имущества внутри здания, также зафиксированы факты мародерства. Сейчас прокуратура работает в штатном режиме."
 

В 00:33 неизвестный мужчина подошел к автомобилю редактора, припаркованному у его дома, облил горючим веществом и поджог. 

Видео инцидента было сделано с экрана камер видео-наблюдения на мобильный телефон во время просмотра

По данным издания Новости Донбасса, автомобиль потушили соседи Мацуки, которые вызвали милицию. В последнее время он неоднократно получал анонимные угрозы.
