Социальная сеть Facebook впервые в истории удалила пост президента США Дональда Трампа за распространение неправдивой информации о коронавирусе.

Об этом сообщает Цензор.НЕТ со ссылкой на The Guardian.

Как отмечается, публикация Трампа содержала видео, в котором он ошибочно утверждал, что дети "фактически неуязвимы перед COVID-19" во время выступления на Fox News.

"Это видео содержит ложные утверждения о том, что группа людей неуязвима перед COVID-19, что является нарушением нашей политики в отношении вредоносной дезинформации", - заявил представитель Facebook.

В то же время социальная сеть Twitter временно отключила возможность писать посты для аккаунта, который ведет избирательную кампанию Трампа. Там также было опубликовано данное видео, пишет CNN.

Как отметили в соцсети, пост, содержащий интервью Дональда Трампа Fox News со словами о том, что большинство детей имеют иммунитет к коронавирусу, нарушают наши правила.

"Владелец учетной записи должен удалить пост, если хочет и далее писать в социальной сети", - заявили в Twitter.
