Верховний суд Польщі відмовився розглядати скаргу щодо порушень на президентських виборах, які нібито були, подану опозиційною партією Громадянська платформа. Таке рішення суд прийняв у суботу, 1 серпня, повідомило польське видання Onet.

Суд дійшов висновку, що зміст скарги Громадянської платформи виходить за межі положень, визначених у виборчому кодексі.

Також не було надано належних доказів, які б підтверджували зазначені в скарзі претензії, як це вимагається кодексом, зазначив суддя Олександр Степковський.

Всього суд отримав більш як 5800 скарг, з яких 65 визнані виправданими, але не вплинули на результат виборів.

Нагадаємо, 12 липня в Польщі відбувся другий тур виборів президента. За результатами опрацювання понад 99% бюлетенів Анджей Дуда набрав 51,21% голосів виборців. За його опонента, мера Варшави Рафала Тшасковского проголосували 48,79% поляків.
