Віталій Кличко розповів, що знову балотуватиметься у мери Києва. Він стверджує, що якщо він цього не зробить, кияни його не зрозуміють.

Міський голова Києва Віталій Кличко ще раз буде балотуватися у мери столиці України, про це він заявив в інтерв'ю виданню "Лівий берег".

"Так, я буду знову балотуватися в мери. Думаю, кияни просто не зрозуміють, якщо я цього не зроблю. Здаватися - не в моїх принципах", - сказав він.

Також Кличко стверджує, що ще не розмовляв з прем'єр-міністром України Володимиром Гройсманом стосовно вимоги його відставки, яку подав до Кабінету міністрів керівник Офісу президента Андрія Богдана. Раніше Гройсман анонсував, що цей лист буде розглянутий на найближчому засіданні Кабміну, але потім пішов у відпустку. "Ні, розмови з Гройсманом не було. Як на мене, і так ясно, що кожен громадянин, тим більше - чиновник, повинен строго слідувати законам України", - зазначив Кличко.

Нагадаємо, суперечки між командою президента України Володимира Зеленського та київським мером виникли через питання майбутнього перебування Кличка на посаді голови Київської міської державної адміністрації (КМДА). В Офісі президента направили уряду запит, аби той погодив звільнення Кличка з посади через початок каденції нового президента. На даний момент Кличко одночасно перебуває як на посаді міського голови, так і на посаді голови КМДА. Кличко назвав спроби розділити ці посади "наступом на місцеве самоврядування". В Офісі президента залишили відкритим питання повторного призначення Кличка, утім, зазначили, що він - один із кандидатів.
