Члени однієї з виборчих дільниць на Київщині проводили підрахунок голосів виборців у кав’ярні міста Обухів, поліція відкрила кримінальне провадження за фактом фальсифікації.
"Підрахунок голосів виборців відбувся у кав’ярні. За фактом фальсифікації виборчих документів у місті Обухів слідчі відкрили кримінальне провадження за ч. 3 ст. 158 ККУ".
Повідомлення про порушення закону про вибори народних депутатів надійшло до поліції від представника громадянської мережі "ОПОРА".
Слідчо-оперативна група, що прибула на місце події, встановила, що голова і секретар однієї з виборчих комісій складали протоколи ДВК про підрахунок голосів виборців по багатомандатному округу не на засіданні виборчої комісії, а в кафе будинку культури Обухова.
Поліцейські задокументували протиправну діяльність та вилучили у працівників ДВК протоколи підрахунку голосів.
Слідство триває.
Голові і секретарю ДВК загрожує від 5 до 7 років ув’язнення з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади або займатися певною діяльністю на строк від одного до трьох років.
