При проведении акций протеста во Франции лояльные к России Twitter-аккаунты распространяли в интернете не соответствующую действительности информацию о «желтых жилетах», чтобы нанести вред репутации президента страны Эммануэля Макрона. Как передает PRпортал, об этом сообщает Bloomberg. При этом отмечается, что 600 учетных записей Twitter, которые, как известно, пропагандируют политику Кремля, самым популярным хештегом сейчас есть #giletsjaunes - французское название для протестов "желтых жилетов".
Агентство сослалось на данные Альянса обеспечения демократии – подразделения Немецкого Фонда Маршала в США, занимающегося слежкой за прокремлевскими Twitter-аккаунтами и иной пророссийской деятельностью.
«Аккаунты, которые анализирует Альянс, как правило, публикуют новости из США и Великобритании. Но в последние недели они активно освещают протесты во Франции. Этот показатель свидетельствует о том, что существует заинтересованность в усилении конфликта», - рассказал эксперт Альянса Брэт Шаффер.
