Twitter запустил наружную рекламу на Таймс-сквер в Нью-Йорке, чтобы прорекламировать свежий и дерзкий тон флагманского аккаунта @Twitter, пишет MMR.UA

На билбордах демонстрируются реальные твиты из аккаунта. Их цель – отразить «более легкую и разговорчивую природу» бренда Twitter. Среди сообщений «Кто не спит?» и ретвит Стивена Кинга: «Граффити – это Twitter улиц». Платформа отметила 14-кратный рост ответов на твиты @Twitter со времени смены стратегии и углубления бренда в диалог. Другие бренды, такие как Netflix, Burger King и Wendy’s применили тот же подход и начали общаться в сети с позиции пользователя, а не компании.
