После отказа директора НТКУ Зураба Аласании транслировать Крестный ход Украинской православной церкви Киевского Патриархата в Украине разгорелся целый скандал. Первый Национальный хоть и финансируется за счет государственного бюджета, но не подконтрольный государству и называется Общественным телевидением, поэтому Зураб Аласания принял решение не транслировать Крестный ход.
Свое решение он объяснил в соцсети Facebook тем, что у нас в Украине много конфессий и было неправильно показывать именно ход УПЦ КП. Также Аласания считает, что неправильно Общественному телевидению заниматься пиаром Петра Порошенко, который вместе с духовенством возглавил колонну Крестного хода.
Комментируя позицию Зураба Аласании украинский блогер и военный волонтер Роман Доник отметил, что руководству Общественного не будет лишним знать, что общественное мнение и требование – это мнение общественности, а не одного товарища директора. Если бы Аласания работал на коммерческом ТВ, то там бы вполне мог выдавать свое мнение как общественное. Роман Доник подчеркивает, общество проголосовало за Порошенко 4 года назад. Пока нет официальных данных следующих выборов, цифра 54,7% является отражением общественного мнения. А то, что Аласания подыгрывает России, Авакову, или регионалам – это является злоупотреблением служебным положением, а не общественное мнение.
