В 2015-2017 роках Міноборони замість димових шашок для бойових дій закупило суміш, яку використовують у кінозйомках і для імітації бойових дій у грі страйкбол. Про це йдеться в повідомленні прес-служби військової прокуратури Південного регіону, пише ВВС.

Димову суміш марки ДС-56, яка мала йти в АТО, військові закупили у "Фірма Альфа ЛТД". Сума угоди - понад 72 млн гривень.

Жодних випробувань перед купівлею не провели, зазначили у прокуратурі.

Згодом з'ясували, що куплена речовина не є димовою сумішшю марки ДС-56, яка перебуває на озброєнні у Збройних Силах. Суміш не має потрібного маскувального ефекту, швидко розсіюється, а за технічними умовами "аерозольний ефект димової суміші має тривати близько 30 хв".

Тому цю речовину взагалі не можна використовувати під час бойових дій, заявили у прокуратурі.

"За своїми технічними характеристиками закуплена суміш виготовляється для обкурювання дерев, імітації бойових дій при грі в страйкбол, у якості димової завіси під час кінематографічних зйомок", - повідомили у прокуратурі.

"За фактом закупівлі неякісного військового майна" прокуратура Криворізького гарнізону розпочала кримінальне провадження.
