С приближением 10 сентября все больше обсуждений относительно того, осмелится ли экс-губернатор Одесской области Михаил Саакашвили вернуться в Украину из Польши. Как пишет в своем блоге израильский политический эксперт Соломон Манн, юридически Украина не может препятствовать человеку, который покинул ее территории будучи ее гражданином, вернуться на ее территорию с паспортом этой страны, где стоит печать о выезде, пусть даже с отмененным, просроченным, наполовину обгоревшим или продырявленным и потерявшим легальность.

По мнению Соломона Манна, прежде, чем лишать гражданства Саакашвили, Порошенко следовало бы хорошо изучить законодательную базу, ведь теперь действия Украины будут восприниматься всеми судами в мире как незаконные и нарушающие не только права человека, но и международные соглашения, подписанные Украиной, в том числе очень важные – связанные с безвизовым въездом, только недавно полученным украинцами, - сообщает PRпортал.

«Я органически не воспринимаю лгунов вроде Саакашвили, но в данном случае он как раз таки в своем праве, а украинская власть – готовится совершить преступление, которое даст возможность Саакашвили обвинить Украину в европейских судах и навлечь на нее санкции и в том числе такие как временное и полное приостановление безвизового режима», – написал Соломон Манн.
