Інцидент за участі нардепа Сергія Пашинського розслідуватиме прокуратура Київської області.

Про це повідомила речник генпрокурора Юрія Луценка Лариса Сарган у своєму Facebook.

"Кримінальні провадження, порушені за фактом інциденту за участі народного депутата Сергія Пашинського, розслідуватиме Київська обласна прокуратура", - написала вона.

"Слідчими прокуратури будуть передопитані усі учасники та свідки даної події, проведені слідчий експеримент та всі необхідні експертизи", - додала Сарган.

Як відомо, інцидент стався 31 грудня ввечері на Київщині між депутатом Народного Фронту Сергієм Пашинським і мешканцем Васильківщини. Пашинський застосував вогнепальну зброю і прострелив опоненту ногу.

У Нацполіції повідомили, що нападником був 38-річний житель Васильківщини, який вже притягувався до кримінальної відповідальності за завдання легких тілесних ушкоджень.

Інцидент розслідують за статтею 296 КК "хуліганські дії".
