Благотворительная организация Women’s Aid опубликовала на YouTube социальную рекламу проекта, помогающего пожилым женщинам, которые страдают от домашнего насилия. Появившийся 6 июня видео просмотрели более 20 тысяч раз.

В ролике рассказывается о жизни пары, к которой в гости приехала их дочь с внуками. Пока дети находятся в гостях, дедушка не проявляет никакой грубости в отношении супруги. Однако после отъезда родственников мужчина начинает избивать свою жену.

Women’s Aid помогает женщинам любого возраста, попавшим в тяжелую жизненную ситуацию. По информации компании, пожилые женщины, подвергающиеся домашнему насилию, чаще всего молчат об этом и не рассказывают своим близким или сторонним людям.
