Прес-секретар президента України Святослав Цеголко повідомив, що російські спецслужби спробували організувати інтерв’ю американській газеті New York Times від імені Президента України.

"На фальшивому бланку подали телефони та електронні адреси своїх агентів, провели переговори і навіть телефоном озвучили "відповіді" на питання", - написав Цеголко на своїй сторінці у Facebook.

Прес-секретар президента також зазначив, що журналісти перевірили достовірність запису у справжній прес-службі і фейк не був опублікований.

Нагадаємо, наприкінці березня російська пропаганда направила фейкового листа від імені міністра фінансів Наталії Яресько до офіційної уповноваженої Державного департаменту США у справах Європи та Євразії Вікторії Нуланд. Там Яресько начебто просила перенести референдум щодо ратифікації угоди про асоціацію України з ЄС у Нідерландах.
