Окружной административный суд Киева разрешил Национальному совету по вопросам телевидения и радиовещания аннулировать лицензию ООО ТРК ТелеРадиоСвит (телеканал ТВі). Об этом сообщает "ДС" со ссылкой напостановление суда от 29 февраля 2016 года

Как известно, Нацсовет обратился в суд для рассмотрения вопроса о лишении лицензии телеканала ТВі еще в 2015 году.

Причиной является - игнорирование телеканалом предупреждения Нацсовета относительно прекращения вещания.

Напомним, 23 марта 2015 года телеканал ТВi прекратил вещание. Перед этим телеканал в официальном сообщении заявил, что в связи с экономической ситуацией в стране сокращает производство программ и штат, а новые проекты планируется подготовить к осени.
