Зокрема, йдеться про фільм "Син батька народів", "серед головних і другорядних персонажів якого багато тих, хто уособлює радянську владу сталінського періоду, присутні образи представників радянських органів безпеки", що є порушенням законів "Про телебачення і радіомовлення та "Про кінематограф".

Крім того, в ефірі каналу транслювався серіал "Диверсант 2. Кінець війни", "в якому присутні образи представників російського військового командування", що є порушенням закону "Про кінематографію".

Грунтуючись на виявлених фактах, регулятор прийняв рішення провести позапланову перевірку телеканалу.
