Більшість громадян Голландії виступає проти ратифікації країною Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та ЄС

Про це свідчать дані опитування, проведені програмою EenVandaag голландського громадського мовника,  повідомляє  NRC.nl.

Зокрема, 53% опитаних заявили, що "впевнені, що відхилять ратифікацію документу" на референдумі, що пройде 6 квітня.

Ще 25% вказали, що "найімовірніше" проголосують проти ратифікації Угоди про асоціацію.

Водночас, більше половини респондентів заявили, що неодмінно прийдуть проголосувати на референдумі. Ще 17% відзначили, що "швидше за все" проголосують.

Голландський уряд планує провести кампанію на підтримку України перед референдумом щодо угоди про асоціацію між Україною та Європейським Союзом, щоб переконати населення підтримати її. Про це заявив прем'єр-міністр Нідерландів Марк Рютте, передає EUobserver.

"Я буду пояснювати людям, чому ми підписали цю угоду ... Ми торгова нація. Ми живемо за угодами про вільну торгівлю, і Україна є ще одним прикладом цього", - сказав він.

За словами Рютте, СА є позитивом і для Європи, і для Нідерландів, тому голландський уряд підтримує його.

"Ми будемо активно розповідати, чому відповідь (на референдумі) повинна бути "так"", - заявив, у свою чергу, міністр закордонних справ Нідерландів Берт Кундерс.

Як повідомлялося, ініційований громадськістю референдум щодо угоди про асоціацію (УА) між Україною та Євросоюзом, який відбудеться в Голландії 6 квітня 2016 року, не має зобов'язального характеру. Проте якщо більшість голландців скаже "ні", уряд має "переглянути" своє рішення.

Як повідомлялося, Виборча рада Нідерландів призначила референдум щодо Угоди про асоціацію Україна-ЄС на середу 6 квітня 2016 року.
