Основатель Lurkmore Дмитрий Хомак объявил о консервации проекта и "памятника культуры", при этом он отметил, что "это не конец проекта".

Решение о консервации проекта было принято в связи с историей фондом "Династия", отмечает Дмитрий Хомак на своей странице в Facebook.

– Если уж с большими и серьезными людьми так, то нашей песочнице – точно кранты. Просто не заметят, – написал Хомак.

В апреле 2015 года Мещанский суд Москвы удовлетворил иск Роскомнадзора к интернет-энциклопедии Lurkmore и постановил удалить страницу с фотографией певца Валерия Сюткина, иллюстрирующей нецензурный мем. Роскомнадзор обратился в суд по жалобе самого певца, которого возмутил интернет-мем с его фотографией и надписью: "Бей бабу по е***у".

На прошлой неделе суд оштрафовал фонд "Династия" Дмитрия Зимина на 300 тысяч рублей за то, что организация самостоятельно не зарегистрировалась в государственном реестре НКО – иностранных агентов.
