Верховна Рада України Постановами від 13 травня 2015 року достроково припинила повноваження народного депутата України Барни С.С., обраного на позачергових виборах народних депутатів України 26 жовтня 2014 року в загальнодержавному багатомандатному виборчому окрузі від партії "БЛОК ПЕТРА ПОРОШЕНКА", а також народного депутата України Мірошника А.М. – від Політичної партії "Об’єднання "САМОПОМІЧ", у зв’язку з їх особистими заявами про складення ними депутатських повноважень.

Відтак, Комісія визнала обраним та зареєструвала народного депутата України в загальнодержавному багатомандатному виборчому окрузі Чубарова Рефата Абдурахмановича, 1957 року народження, проживає в місті Києві, безпартійного, включеного до виборчого списку ПАРТІЇ "БЛОК ПЕТРА ПОРОШЕНКА" під № 71.

Також визнано обраним народним депутатом України в загальнодержавному багатомандатному виборчому окрузі Немировського Андрія Валентиновича, 1983 року народження, освіта вища, експерта з мототранспорту ПП "Мостова", проживає в місті Дніпропетровську, безпартійного, включеного до виборчого списку Політичної партії "Об’єднання "САМОПОМІЧ" під № 33.

Окрім того, розглянувши відповідну заяву, Комісія скасувала реєстрацію кандидата у народні депутати України у загальнодержавному багатомандатному виборчому окрузі на позачергових виборах народних депутатів України 26 жовтня 2014 року Андрійчика І.І., включеного до виборчого списку Радикальної партії Олега Ляшка під № 144,виключивши його із зазначеного виборчого списку.
