Місцеві вибори на Донбасі можуть відбудуться після стабілізації ситуації в районі лінії зіткнення.

Про це сказав заступник голови спеціальної моніторингової місії ОБСЄ в Україні Александр Хуг, повідомляє УНІАН.

За його словами, "коли буде відведення важкого озброєння та імплементація режиму припинення вогню, тоді ситуація може бути стабілізована, і ми можемо говорити про підготовку та проведення інших пунктів, які передбачені мінськими угодами".

"Важливо, щоб ситуація в районі лінії зіткнення була стабільною з тим, щоб чесні і вільні вибори в кінцевому підсумку могли відбутися", - підкреслив Александр Хуг.
