Активісти російської опозиції подали в Міськвиборчком Санкт-Петербурга заявку на референдум про відокремлення міста від Російської Федерації, повідомляє Радіо Свобода. Ця ініціатива виходила від активістів молодіжного демократичного руху “Весна” – організації, створеної нещодавно на основі руху “Весна”, колишнього молодіжного “Яблука” і колишньої молодіжної “Солідарності”.

Повідомляється, що в заявці два питання: Ви за возз’єднання Петербурга з Європою на правах комуни Князівства Ліхтенштейн?; Ви за відновлення дії законодавства Петербурга 1992 року і за статус Петербурга як частини Російської Федерації?

В адміністрації міста документ прийняли без заперечень, зареєстрували і привласнили йому порядковий номер. Однак його затвердження має пройти ще кілька інстанцій. Втім, активісти не думають, що до цього дійде.
